Well, my subjects are now worked out - aftering quite a bit of pestering people in charge of ye olde enrolment, since I had run into one of those nasty limitation things that they forgot to mention.
But all ended up well. Timetable is also sorted, and apart from being put in a 9am prac when I'd really rather a later one (yeah, not a fan of early mornings), seems to my liking. Fridays off, yet again! And no absurdly long days, unlike last year.
So, this year's subjects are:
106101 Contemporary Culture and Media
166107 Media, Politics and Society
512221 Developmental Psychology 2
512222 Behavioural Neuroscience 2
Yeah, that's two subjects towards Psych, one towards Sociology (compulsory), and one towards English (which tends towards Sociology, almost. Ah, cultural studies...). They don't look too bad, and it's a reasonably light workload, too.
I suppose I shall see some of you tomorrow. And The Sister, too, since I am supposed to hand over Mum's Academic Robe to her. She'd better show up at the CHAS table, though, since I'm not in a sister-hunting mood.
In other news, my attempts to get the third episode of Life On Mars are in progress as we speak. But may take a while longer.
ETA: Sweet! Apparently, at this very moment there is Doctor Who filming going on in Cardiff with David Tennant, Freema Agyeman and John Barrowman. Oh, to be in Wales right now...
ETA2: ZOMGPHOTOGRAPH! (with thanks to "Sparky" of the OG)
ETA3: And even more pictures
ETA4: Oh, to hell with it. All further pics (and there's lot of them) at this post here at
