I'm buying a new book to read tomorrow. Something else to occupy my head. I think the final in the His Dark Materials series. I keep meaning to get it.

I would be so much less upset by this if they'd just had one line from the Doctor saying he never thought she was second best.

*winces* I hated the last HDM book. I just hated it, so much - I'm Agnostic, I'm not hugely fond of religion, but the Church-bashing in that book was so infuriating. And I felt it let the early two books down.

I didn't find the book. I wanted the hardcover version because I have the other 2 I have are hardcovers. I bought "Twilight" by Stephenie Meyer instead because lots of people on LJ keep talking about it.

I read Smoke and Mirrors by Neil Gaiman. I bought it a while back, but never read it.

I was looking for Neil Gaiman books today, mostly becaue I saw a post about his blog and his daughter is doing some entries, but the only one I could find was Anasti Boys or something like that. I don't really remember.
