I HAVE A HOUSE!

There will be moving in-ness sometime from next week onwards, after we get power and water and all. And furniture.

But our new place...she is wonderful! All compact and white and shiny - Dude, it's like the iPod of apartments!

And it's on the second floor of the building. And seeing the tragedy of what has happened to our poor dear Second Floor, this is like... Second Floor Version 2.0.

But yeah, we have a house. We have keys (fa11ing_away will be getting copies made tomorrow), we've paid the bond and the first months rent. It's ours.

This is so awesome!

Though, I must say, it was rather amusing (in a highly irritating sort of way) that after all this time of looking for a house, and getting nowhere, we suddenly get three offers in one day.

In any case: yay for Woodards, for being nice and fast in processing the application. Even if they did lose our intial one for the same place two weeks ago. They so pwn Gina.

All is well in my world now.
