Has anyone else noticed how incredibly slashy The Producers is?

Also, John Barrowman as Nazi singer dude, eee!

The songs are so much fun, though. But I say I prefer the stage version more, if only for the hilarity of Bert Newton as a Nazi.

...I really should stop watching musicals, shouldn't I?
