I am distressed at how much the voice at the beginning of Iron Man by Black Sabbath (you know, the actual song) sounds like a Dalek.

I really don't want to associate Tony Stark with Daleks. Really.

Old school song, so it wouldnt surprise me if it were the same machine/effect. I can see Ozzy as a Dalek, though.
