Oh I don't know. I reckon once the Doctor's finished with the Shadow Proclamation, he'll get around to doing a big battle speech. I'm sure they'll get around to it then.

What I'd really like to see though is the Doctor appearing in an episode of Torchwood. That would be the other best thing ever. I'm sure they could spare Mr Tennant for an episode or two.
