I'm getting light-headed. Why I am I getting light-headed? I don't like feeling light-headed?

Its not very pleasant, is it.

I get it from my neck, and I get it when my thyroid's not medicated enough. I get it if i kneel down for a bit and then stand up, and I get it if i get up out of a chair too quickly.

I'm not only sure what went on there, but it's a bit better - I think - now I have had something to eat.

Yes, low blood sugar can definitely cause it. Eating's usually my first port of call, lol.

I was already feeling erky, because it's that time of the month. Random lightheadedness did not help.

Glad its better now. Yes, cramps/contractions of the womb can also make a woman dizzy, i've been there myself.
