Well, the Melbourne Cup finally came in useful for something - the stopping the nation part, I mean. Got a day off exams between my two Specialist Maths ones.

I had the first one yesterday - the Multiple Choice and Short Answer exam. Did the Short Answer Qs first, because I always take forever on the Multi choice. Answered all the short answers except one, but at least I tried...
And naturally I only got 19 of the 30 multi-choice done, so I ended up guessing the other 11. Am slightly annoyed with myself, because at least two I should have worked out.

So tomorrow is the Analysis exam. Lovely. Though I have the disturbing feeling that I will do better on that than the first exam, which is rather odd, but what the hell.

Then a week to the next exam. Yay!

Back onto the Cup. I took part in the Year 12 boarders sweep, and managed to get two horses out of it - Vinnie Roe and Zazzman. And for the first time in ages I was very lucky, and they came second and third. So at least $15 dollars will be coming my way.

Oh, and bloody Daylight Savings has gone and screwed up my body clock again. *shakes fist*

6:20 sometimes feels too early - I'd prefer 6:30 - but on weekends I get up at 8 or so.
