So, apparently it's been officially announced: Deathly Hallows is going to be split into two movies.

All I have to say is this: WHAT THE BLAZING FUCK?

Exactly. As much as I love DH as a book, it'd be damned easy to cut down to movie length. All you need is a camping montage or two to indicate time passing.
