So, in a fit of great and terrible (or at least terribly amusing) irony, the Soup of the Day at Gopal's today was Pea and Ham.
This is notable when you realise that Gopal's is, in fact, a restaurant run by Hare Krishnas, and everything there is vegetarian. Including the so-called "ham".
And yet they've never felt the need to serve Pea and fake!Ham there before, in the four years I've been eating there.
Someone has a very warped sense of humour. I approve.
