I think the last time a friend told me I owed him some X amount of cents I actually threw the payment at his head. Good times.

I think we're phasing it out. I actually use mine occasionally, since I'm that rare freak of a customer who likes paying with exact change.

LOL, our library used to do that - send letters out to inform members that they had 20 cents of fines outstanding.
