Also, fa11ing_away informs me that the Real Estate agents have been contacting some of her references. I choose to take this as a good sign. *crosses fingers*

I took a look at khalls_stuff, and though there are so fabulous layouts there, other people already are using them. I'd prefer something a bit more...unique.

I may have to ask her.

And I have a suspicion about who it might be. But no evidence, so I won't say anything more.
