Things Real Estate Agents should not be allowed to do: Hand out keys to people so they can go inspect a house, and after they finish and ask to apply for the place, inform them that someone has already paid the bond for said place.

And whilst on the topic of real estate, come on Gina, ring already! Or rather, come on and answer the email, random house owner guy.

I have discovered one of the downsides to my current place of residence: If you miss the tram back, you have to wait 20 minutes until the next one comes along. *sighs*

Still, at least that gave me the time to duck into a 7-11 and buy some actual food, so that for the rest of the week I can actually have dinners without having to resort to greasy take-away or other such junk.

That's fucking rude. *glares at them*

I once had a real estate agent keep me on the hook for a place for three weeks because it needed "cleaning up" from the previous tenants, then finally tell me the owner rented to someone else. I wanted that one bad; it had a satellite dish and a pool. :(
