So, the subscribers are apparently recieving the new Doctor Who Magazines now. Complete with the official starting date.

Seriously. It's going to be shown at Christmas this year, isn't it? Yeah. And they want more funding.

I'm sure you'll find a way. I don't want to have to clean up your innards because you haven't been able to wait and thus spontaneously exploded. But then again, if you do that, you'll never get the chance to see it ;)
