I take back everything I have said about the craziness of Doctor Who fandom. There is no fandom crazy like Harry Potter crazy.
...And yet somehow I, little fandom n00b that I was, managed to remain completely oblivious to all this until about 2 years ago.

I really am a complete fandom ignorant - I still keep expecting people to use earth logic. And keep things in perspective. Obviously I should not be so silly as to assume this.
Or possibly go back to my happy place hanging with the sane corner of the HP fandom.
