Firstly, I have two new recs for crack_van. Admittedly one is for todays Crossover thing, but still...

(The other was a Martha fic. Try and get some positive feeling going in the fandom and all...)

I also updated the profile of torchwoodcoffee (Feel free to make alterations, seti_drd). I have no artistic skills, so I'm sticking with the current layout for now. Hmm. Any suggestions for some comms to request affiliation with?

But my main source of amusement: Nos made a rather amusing post about why Ten > Nine. All fun and happy, yes?

Guess who decided to crash the party? Yes, it's rose_tyler_ herself, who is Not Amused that people dare say less than nice things about her darling woobie Eccleston.

Yeah, I poked the troll. But how could I not, after classic remarks like these:

"Nine was REAL.

Nine made the show REAL.

And my personal favourite: "Don't you DARE spout shit about My Doctor. Chris is an ACTOR. He BELIEVED he was a Timelord with all his being, and he did it incredibly."

Also, apparently if you prefer Tennant to Eccleston, you are not worthy of the fandom.

(She also refers to Rose in the first person, which weirds me out)

There definitely have been! Although it's most probable that they really are socky trolls, the idea that they might actually be real people is far too freaky and fucked up to contemplate, and in that case, therapy wouldn't even make a dent. Nothing short of a lobotomy would have a chance. Heh. (I mean, we already know of one probable nutcase who I won't mention by name, but damn, that forum was hilarious! Tears I tell you! :-D )

Oh dear, so it's wrong to have an own opinion? I think I may get some problems very soon then. I still can't say which Doctor I liked better, they're both great in their own way.

Saw the profile, very nice, yes :) We need a header and have to decide which colour scheme we want to have. I'd say something black, don't you think? Will try to do something remotely resembling art today, alas I feel a bit crappy and might just sit here and do nothing. Will get back to you

I felt like doing something with it (and added a link to my OG sig). A header would be good, but, like I said, no artistic skills here. And black is suitable for depths of anguish and despair, I believe.

I am completely, one hundred percent certain she's a Doctor/Rose OTPer. And an overidentifying fanbrat. (Take a look at her LJ, her latest entry has her going batshit mental at people even thinking about writing Seven/Ace fic)

General society itself is, so it makes sense that that would translate (and somehow grow into a huge drooling screaming monster) into fandom. Apparently, there was someone we are now calling, 'Crazy Jam Lady' at work the other day. Who apparently had 100s of little jam packets and was more than a little strange. (She's got it working well for her, though, she stole a chocolate bar and nobody approached her because they were too scared to).

Yeah, not everyone liked him, that's for sure. Which is fair enough, at times I thought, 'Oh, over the top, stop it!' But in general I really liked him. As far as favourites, I'm torn between Five and Six. I just can't choose!
