So, VCE results are out today. I got a text from The Sister regarding her results: Apparently she got an ENTER of 87.55 which she is happy with (and she didn't get below a B on any of her exams), so good on her. Next thing: Uni places.
The family will be in Melbourne this week for her interview at Monash, and at one of the Colleges at Melbourne Uni. By then I shall hopeful come up with a Christmas list that consists of more than just "laptop".
On that subject, Christmas lunch shall be at Warrnambool this year. I'm currently trying to work out how long to be down there for. What's going on, socially, in the Christmas til New Year period, anyone?
In other news type stuffs,
altheas is going to be moving out of the iPartment by the end of the month, so
fa11ing_away and I shall be requiring a new housemate. And a new microwave. Any second floor types need a place to live, feel free to contact me, and I can give you some more information.

Hey there
I promise to buy a macbook for next year (must fit in to the iPartment (well actually to be brutally honest I am doing this for me but I thought it was a good line! (are there enough nested backets here? (I never can tell! (I know, I know, I'm a one trick Pony)))).
Of course there are some aspects of my personality that might not make me a suitable housemate for you. foremostly I love my music and may want to listen to music/play instruments/sing at times that are inappropriate. I would do my best to be thoughtful of you and stop doing stuff before you want me to stop (if i have a time that no noise is to be made after I will obay). However "Joe, shut up" is a useful phrase to know around me and I will comply, taking it in the loving manner that I'm sure it is intended in.
If you think I will be suitable then I would like to speak to you two in person and discuss what household rules you have and what you are actually looking for in a housemate.
