There's bitchy Rosefen, a couple of the more persistant anti-Martha types are gloating, and a couple of people trying to imply Martha's role is being cut back because of either her being difficult to work with, or shoddy acting.
If shoddy acting were the culprit then they would have sacked DT by the end of series 2...ooops did I say that out loud? He redeemed himself heroically in this season, though. Actually I like the way Martha left, on her terms and with a clear conscience...no regrets for that girl, no way.
And I wonder how long it took her to go visit Tom...yeah...she's much better off...
The diva thing is obvious bollocks, as someone who cleverly got a whole list of things arguing against it.
Problem is, you can't stop people saying, "Obviously Freema was originally supposed to be in more than one series, but for x reason, this was cut back." Even if they have no evidence, they still argue it.

Of course they're gloating! Now they can dream of the blessed blonde coming back!
And I'm more angry for Freema than I am over Martha. Unknown actress, chance to make her career... and they canonically dump on her all season, then make it possible for people to speculate about why she ought to be out of work. There hasn't been a hint in any interview or behind the scenes scuttlebutt that says she's anything but a hard worker, but no, they have to cut the legs from under her character and her career.
I'd suggest not watching the Confidential either. Not sure if you ever do, but... don't make this a time to start if you don't. Fuck. me. The ep was one thing and I probably could have dealt with it, but... I'm so wound up now I'm going to wander around my house looking for something safe to hit for maybe an hour or two.
At least there were some entertaining (allbeit sometimes in an unintentional way) things to be had in the ep, I was stunned silent by some of the things being said in the Confidential and wasn't really angry until I watched it.
Funny how they never said that about lily-white Donna, who came on while Rose's clothes were still in the room yet still got a full invite from the Doctor.
Donna has also been all but completely shunted aside due to the overwrought beatification of St. Rose (since if Martha was only ever like half-companion, Donna must have been retconned into practical non-existence).... but yeah, funny that was never actually said. You can't really help but wonder why.
I could live with her leaving if it wasn't for the horrid, vicious people claiming it was evidence she was a bad actress and didn't get on with people. *cries*
I've never been on OG... and now I'm glad. Just the knowledge that people are being so nasty about Freema is really getting me angry. It was really those bastards in the Sun who started this - with an article which was completely false we now know! Ugh... this is really annoying.
Exactly! I mean the Sun was blatantly wrong on the "Quest for Martha" arc thing, and yet people still keep claiming they were right on the sacked thing. Which is just stupid.
