There's bitchy Rosefen, a couple of the more persistant anti-Martha types are gloating, and a couple of people trying to imply Martha's role is being cut back because of either her being difficult to work with, or shoddy acting.
If shoddy acting were the culprit then they would have sacked DT by the end of series 2...ooops did I say that out loud? He redeemed himself heroically in this season, though. Actually I like the way Martha left, on her terms and with a clear conscience...no regrets for that girl, no way.
And I wonder how long it took her to go visit Tom...yeah...she's much better off...
The diva thing is obvious bollocks, as someone who cleverly got a whole list of things arguing against it.
Problem is, you can't stop people saying, "Obviously Freema was originally supposed to be in more than one series, but for x reason, this was cut back." Even if they have no evidence, they still argue it.

Of course they're gloating! Now they can dream of the blessed blonde coming back!
And I'm more angry for Freema than I am over Martha. Unknown actress, chance to make her career... and they canonically dump on her all season, then make it possible for people to speculate about why she ought to be out of work. There hasn't been a hint in any interview or behind the scenes scuttlebutt that says she's anything but a hard worker, but no, they have to cut the legs from under her character and her career.
