I wonder, just how much of the crazy in the Doctor Who fandom would be avoided if people would actually come to terms with the fact that Rose isn't the exception, she's just the first example of the new rule?

I don't watch enough actual telly and mostly go "who?" Seriously. Bride in Doomsday. Didn't recognise her, even now have only the vaguest clue who she is.
That Catherine Tate woman? I don't know, either, what she has done that every other reaction post to Doomsday seemed to hate her quite a lot. But I hope I won't find out in the Christmas special.
